aware yoga

Aware Yoga (AY), also known as mindful yoga or conscious yoga, is an approach to yoga practice that emphasizes mindfulness, presence, and inner awareness. It integrates traditional yoga techniques, such as walking, breathing, postures, Sutra yoga-meditation, and silence meditation. AY extends to discourse on: self-awareness is the ALL.

In AY, following are practiced:

  • Walking (पदयात्रा)
  • Sun Salutation (सूर्य नमस्कार)
  • Breathing (प्राणायाम)
  • Sutra Yoga (सूत्र योग)

  - For Bits of Awareness (BoA): Bindabasini (बिन्दबासिनी)

  - For Patterns of Awareness (PoA): Agni (अग्नि)

  - For the Liberation: Narayan (नरयान)

  - For the Ultimate Whole Awareness: Gayetri (गायत्री)

  • Silence Meditation (Vipasana/विपश्यना)
  • Discourse: Awareness is the ALL (अयम् आत्मा ब्रह्म)

AY helps to realize needlessly divided awareness fostering self-awareness in you. Ample self-awareness results you to be in positive individual human being with experiencing higher values such as joyful liberation. Ample self-awareness liberates you from bondages. Socially, it helps to enhance just liberation. Ample self-awareness is basis to realize declared freedom and sovereignty to just liberation.
