I am guiding in Nepal, the core Himalayan existence since 1990. I experience directly the self being in sacred Himalayas. Such experience of self refers to the immediate, unmediated awareness or apprehension of one's own existence, identity, and consciousness. It involves a deep and intimate understanding of one's thoughts, emotions, sensations, and perceptions, as well as a sense of being separate from, yet interconnected with, the external world.
I advocate and guide awareness alternatively on the basis of self experiences directly in Nepal, the central Himalayan existence. Apart the self experience, following are some important references secondarily:
It is known as Buddha's first discourse after Nirvana. It is believed that Buddha revealed it in Varanashi, North India, near by Nepal border. Later, his followers collect it and published; it is known Dhamma chakka Pabattana Sutta.
